Nitrogen device (MNG model)

Pressure Fluctuation Absorption (PSA): A nitrogen production system is a system for separating and enriching nitrogen from oxygen.
Processing (Molecular Sieve): For molecular sieve, carbon adsorb oxygen and water molecules are absorbed under a certain pressure, while allowing nitrogen to pass.

How to operate a nitrogen machine:

The nitrogen device operates based on the principle of pressure absorption to produce a continuous flow of nitrogen gas from compressed air. The system consists of two absorbent towers filled with an absorbent molecule called carbon molecules, which compresses the air into the towers after passing filters of water and oil particles into the towers. Oxygen and other gases are absorbed by the processing system and allow nitrogen to pass through it. At a time when an absorption tower is operated automatically in another tower, it decreases the pressure of the resuscitation material.

The molecular sieve of carbon differs from ordinary activated carbon, which has a wide range of holes. In this case, it allows small molecules, such as oxygen, to penetrate into nitrogen molecules, because nitrogen molecules are very large to enter the processing sector.

Larger nitrogen molecules pass through the processing sector and appear as gas production, the purity of nitrogen gas can be provided in different capacities.
